Sewing has always been a creative outlet – from the selection of fabrics to the design and creation of an item. It is a great joy to plan a new design or try a new technique. I am constantly exploring and learning to produce a product someone will enjoy. I come from a family of creatives – sewists, artists, quilters, crafters – so it’s in my genes! While I studied math in college and worked in program management/data analysis for my corporate career, I maintained a creative side for balance.
