Bio: Hi! I’m Kate! I’m a watercolor artist, educator, and owner of Splatter & Bloom- a watercolor stationery shop where I create bold, vivacious designs to help you live more colorfully.
If I’m not in my backyard studio shed in Woodinville, Washington, you can find me chasing after my two adorable kiddos and two wild doggos.
A few of my favorite things include, coffee, flowers, books, dogs, rain, parenthetical phrases, wearing slippers to work, and color explosions.
I started Splatter & Bloom after I had my daughter as a way to carve out some me-time. What started as a hobby quickly escalated into a full blown business. Our team consists of me, the watercolor artist, educator, social media queen, and big time dreamer. Andy, my husband is the digital designer, shipping guru, and all about those brass tacks (also, perhaps most importantly, the house barista!).
