Crafting has been a part of my life since I was a small child. When I was young, my mom taught me how to sew, and those hours in front of our antique Singer inspired a life-long passion for the art of sewing. In addition to sewing, my other artistic love is mixed-media art. My creative inspiration often comes from unlikely places; scraps of paper I pass on the sidewalk, forgotten fabrics in the back of a closet, or unconventional materials. I love combining fabrics in new ways, and especially love creating unique, whimsical items for babies and kids. I decided to turn my hobby into a business in late 2016, and opened my first Etsy shop. It has been an adventure and I’m looking forward to taking the lessons learned thus far and continuing to grow my business. I am a full-time corporate recruiter by day, and spend my evenings and weekends balancing the life of a busy mom and small business owner.
Elevator Pitch: I create unique, whimsical baby nursery bedding and quilts. I love combining unconventional colors and prints to create one-of-a-kind nursery items that bring joy to parents and kids alike.
