Bio: My name is Rosie, I’m 21 and at a point in my life where I am just trying to figure things out! I have always been a very creative person, I love to get my hands dirty and try new things and I am always exploring. I grew up in a very creative and inspiring environment, my mom is a landscape designer, my dad is an architect and I grew up in the PNW surrounded by nature. I find myself constantly in awe with the beauty around me. My artwork is greatly inspired by shapes, patterns, textures and colors that show up in nature. I love traveling to new places to clear my mind and get inspired – lots of road trips!! 🙂 I have struggled with mental health for many years and in 2022 when I was at a very low point in my life and I had lost touch with this lifelong passion for creating. When I reached out for help, during that time I was strongly encouraged to start making art again and I was finally able to reconnect with this part of myself. I recognized that creating art and expressing myself through painting is absolutely necessary for my well being and growth. With support and encouragement, I felt like I could take this passion to the next level and start a business. When starting my business, I knew I wanted to support others who may be struggling with mental health and encourage people to start creating and see the impact it has on their lives. Giving back and supporting others through my work is immensely important to me and my first act in doing this is donating a portion of all profits to mental health organizations. My goal is to incorporate more resources as I grow my business!
